I was new to the credit world and wasn’t sure where to start, but I needed a new vehicle. NorthRidge was so helpful in guiding me through the process and financing me, even though I had no prior credit history. I was able to effortlessly purchase a new car of my choosing!

Years ago, we had a loan at another financial institution. My husband got laid off from his job, so he went in to tell them our situation as we do not run and hide from our creditors. Well when he told them what was happening (and we had a young family at the time) they demanded us to pay off the loan immediately.

We moved to Ely 1.5 years ago. The bank we were using at the time had its closest location in Superior, WI. They didn’t answer our three phone calls to find out if we needed to pick up a cashier’s check or initiate a wire transfer from their location to fund closing on our house.

We needed to apply for an auto loan and NorthRidge’s website made it super easy. That same afternoon, Becky Elko reached out to me with necessary documents so we were pre-approved as we traveled three hours away later that week to look at the car we hoped to purchase.
