The NorthRidge mobile app allows members to deposit checks any time using their smart phone camera and the app. If you don’t have the app, download it now in the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).
Before you begin, there are three important things to note:
If you want confirmation of your deposits via text:
Sign up for text alerts on the Home Banking website under Self-Service > Registered Mobile Alert Number.
With the mobile app on your phone, sign into your mobile account and tap the menu button to reveal this menu.
Tap “Deposit” located underneath TRANSACTIONS. A disclosure page will appear that you will need to scroll through and click “I’ve Read and Agree.”
Enter the exact amount of your check you are depositing in the Amount box, and then choose the Account you wish to deposit the funds into by clicking “Choose.”
