*Home Equity Line of Credit promotion applies to loans up to 80% Loan to Value (CLTV) for owner occupied residences. Home must not be listed for sale. The rate will be fixed at 1.99% APR* (Annual Percentage Rate) for credit score 730 and above for the first 12 months as the promotional period. Credit margin will apply for lower credit scores. After the promotional period, the rate is equal to Prime rate plus credit margin. Line of credit rate is variable, rates are adjusted twice a year, and will not exceed 18% APR.
