By entering the Credit Union Sweepstakes or Giveaway, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by these Official Giveaway Rules. Valid only for entries submitted by date indicated on promotion. Only one sweepstakes or giveaway entry per member. Drawing to be held at the Credit Union’s office at 921 17th St. South, Virginia, MN. Winner need not be present to win. Winner responsible for all taxes. Consult your tax adviser for consequences. The winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. List of winner(s) may be obtained by writing to the Credit Union at 921 17th St. South, Virginia, MN, 55792, Attention: Giveaway Info.
Entrance to the sweepstakes or giveaway promotions available to all Credit Union members whether they select the services described in the sweepstakes or giveaway or not. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Limited to United States residents only. Credit Union not responsible for errors, fraud or other events affecting the sweepstakes which are beyond the Credit Union’s control.
The Credit Union reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes or giveaway at any time in its sole discretion. Not available to contestants in all states. Credit Union employees, volunteers, and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate.
By participating in the sweepstakes or giveaways, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Credit Union, its officers, employees, volunteers, etc., from any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from any prize or the sweepstakes or giveaway. The winner(s) of a prize may be asked to sign a release and have their picture taken consenting to the use of the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes. By participating in the sweepstakes or giveaway, the winner(s) of a prize agrees to have his/her name, voice, picture or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the sweepstakes or giveaway.
The sweepstakes or giveaway winner may be asked to sign a release stating the same. Copies of the Official Giveaway Rules will be available at the Credit Union’s offices.
Any sweepstakes or giveaway can be entered by sending a 3x5 postcard to NorthRidge Community Credit Union Marketing Department at 921 17th St. S., Virginia, MN 55792, within the giveaway deadline. The postcard must include the advertised name of the giveaway, entrant's name, phone number, email address, and current address or PO Box.
