NorthRidge staff are all Credit Union Certified Financial Counselors. From the frontline Member Service Representatives to our Loan Officers, to our back-office support and everyone in between – we have the knowledge and skills to support you in reaching your financial goals.
The Credit Union Financial Counseling Certification Program offered through America’s Credit Unions requires studying, reading, taking quizzes, and attending webinars over the course of several weeks. A passing grade on a final proctored exam is required to become certified. Re-certification is required every 3 years to ensure the most up-to-date knowledge is maintained.
The knowledge and skills gained during this certification program help us continuously work towards our purpose: to support the people in our communities; to encourage their learning and understanding of their unique financial situations and provide tools for our members to reach their dreams.
