The position of Loan Officer (Financial Service Officer) is responsible for providing an exceptional member experience while assisting other branch staff and members. Use a sales-through-service attitude to demonstrate product knowledge and identify and meet the needs of our individual members. You are responsible for being an excellent steward of our members’ finances.
Additionally, this person will interview, recommend, and authorize approval of consumer credit loans. This position analyzes consumer loan requests based on the members story while adhering to lending policy and authority limits. The main focus is to help our members become financially secure.

Primary work location in Biwabik. Travel between locations, for training, team support, conferences is occasionally required. Reliable transportation is necessary to succeed.
