This position is responsible for providing exceptional member experience while accurately processing transactions, opening accounts, providing product and service recommendations, etc. Use a sales through service attitude to demonstrate product knowledge and identify and meet the needs of the individual members.

This position provides financial counseling services to members when needed with the intention of developing sound financial practices and the avoidance of bankruptcy. This position is responsible for performing the collection activities while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of NorthRidge and its membership.

NorthRidge Community Credit Union has offices in: Biwabik, Ely, Hibbing, Hoyt Lakes and Virginia. The main location of a position is to be determined, however travel between offices is sometimes required.
